George Jameson
President/CEO
As the President and founder of Innovative, George is a performance-driven executive who provides strategic direction for the company and leads a team that is dedicated to achieving customer sustainability and satisfaction by providing continuous growth in the life safety system arena.
He has over 40 years of experience designing and installing low voltage systems, including but not limited to, digital process control, cable television, fire alarm, structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, and security design. Headquartered in Barrington, Illinois, Innovative celebrates 20 years of business in 2023.
George attended the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) with a major in mechanical engineering and business management.
Alex Jameson
Vice President of Sales & System Designer
As the Vice President of Sales for Innovative, Alex oversees sales and program management for the portfolio of Innovative contracts, and is instrumental in facilitating the growth of the company. He focuses on strong relationships by building upon linkages between customers, revenue, and business performance.
Alex is a NICET III fire alarm systems credential holder. He has received certifications from Potter Signal in fire alarm systems and licensure from the FCC for testing and installation of Tower IQ BDA systems. Other certifications include Bogan, PDK (cloud-based access control), and Digital Watchdog (IP CCTV). Alex has participated in continuing education including certification and training from Cisco, Ruckus, and Fortinet.
Alex attended the University of Miami and graduated with a Bachelor of Science.
Stephanie Dzugan
As Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Innovative, Stephanie oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, along with financial management, business accounting, and audits.
Over the course of her career, she has garnered extensive experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, and has diverse experience in conducting business management for multi-location operations.
Stephanie graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree. She spent time abroad in England during her studies, attending the University of Essex.

Sean Dzugan
Senior Project Manager & System Designer
As a Senior Project Manager and System Designer for Innovative, Sean manages the design and installation of all types of low-voltage systems. He oversees on-site fieldwork and ensures project satisfaction from initial design through implementation.
Sean is adept at providing subject matter expertise and knowledge to ensure the timely delivery of services with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. He is NICET III certified. He is also certified with Potter Signal in fire alarm systems, Bogan, Kidde, PDK (Access Control), Digital Watchdog (CCTV), and FCC license for Tower IQ BDA systems.
Sean attended the University of Illinois - Champaign and completed a Bachelor of Science degree.
Aidan Quinn
Project Manager & System Designer
As a project manager and system designer for Innovative, Aidan utilizes his expertise to develop comprehensive drawings for system design. He oversees project management and specializes in Parts & Smarts, as well as field support of customers.
He is NICET III certified. He also received certifications from Bogan, Potter Signal in Fire alarm systems and licensure as well as PDK (cloud-based access control).
Aidan attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He earned a master's degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2012.
Callie Quinn
Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager at Innovative, Callie specializes in web design, graphic design, photography, and search engine optimization.
Her artistry and innovation are demonstrated by her ability to create and design new and unique concepts to execute marketing strategies.
Callie attended Purdue University and is a graduate of DePaul University where she studied and completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising.
